By applying MAPs, you can train the brain into healthy patterns to improve the quality and experience of life. You’ll learn about mindful theory, apply mindfulness practices, and transform your relationship with yourself and others. Learn how to make friends with your mind in this six-week, self-guided course, where you'll learn about research-based practices that support happiness and well-being. You will explore the internal and external resources you possess to face life’s challenges and tame that monkey mind and more! This introductory mindfulness series includes skills and practices that will support you as well as, your family, friends, and co-workers in living a balanced lifestyle that integrates self-empathy and stress management skills. Each lesson has written content, reflection sheets, as well as recorded mindfulness meditation practices.
