The Rainbow Warriors

This is my story of meeting the Rainbow Warriors during my travels in 2020 and how they have affected my life since. It has been said that indigenous Americans have a legend of the Rainbow Warriors, where all the peoples of all the tribes would form a New World of Justice, Peace, Freedom and recognition of the Great Spirit. It was reported that Crazy Horse said, four days before his assassination, shared a similar story saying: “I salute the light within your eyes where the whole universe dwells. For when you are at that center within you and I am in that place within me, we shall be as one”. This is the journey and the legacy of the Rainbow Warriors. What is happening now on our planet is an echo of what happened to the indigenious people around the world during colonialization; and this time, we have the opportunity to correct ignorance around wealth, health, and community. The rainbow comes after the storm.
