Greetings All you Beacons of Light! I hope you are well. In this episode, I offer some tips for ways relating to our mental and emotional diets.
In a society where we are encouraged to count calories and our steps, I share some ideas about how we can monitor our mental and emotional diets. More specifically, how we are affected by what we consume emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. By bringing greater awareness to our senses, what Buddha taught as the "5 Gateways," (the original 5G) or perceptual doors, we can more consciously moderate our diet on every level. So, we are what we eat, in more ways than one!
