Service Description

No matter where you are at in your journey to wholeness, this mentorship will deepen your understanding of consciousness and offer tools and models to reconnect your with your inner wisdom, power, and potential. This container is especially designed for those ready to increase their energetic mastery and transform their life in 12 weeks! Each month we will delve into resources that invite you to actively engage in practices that promote the integration, healing, and the release of limiting energy imprints that have restricted access to the level of creativity, power, and impact that is actually available. This program is a journey to the authentic Self, and will include weekly class with content, coaching, and at home practices, which will include the Mindheart-Space FB community.  The content of this program is a nonlinear process developed around what I call the 3 A's:  Attune, Align, and Ascend. This mentorship will invite your to grow in the following areas: Understand the different aspects of consciousness to intentionally co-create with the multi-dimensional aspects of self. Understand the bandwidths of energy available and how these affect manifestation Work with conscious mind to access, develop, and live your soul potential Learn strategies for shifting your orientation to high frequency energy to your present time reality Deal with external and internal resistance  Build inner safety and trust  Build interior awareness, creating inner spaciousness Clear shame, guilt, humiliation, and self-doubt ·Heal ancestral and intergenerational trauma What you get: Individual customized focused content  One monthly content meetings (6O minutes) One weekly, 30 min coaching call ​ ​​

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is more. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
