Somatic Sessions
At its core, somatic work is a practice of restoring and deepening your connection to self—often a connection that was never fully developed during early life. Our nervous system reflects our unique developmental journey, including the areas that may not have had the chance to fully mature. These parts may have remained dormant in order to preserve safety, avoid overwhelm, or cope with trauma.
Emerging research confirms what many have intuitively sensed: our early environments and relationships shape the architecture of our nervous system. These influences begin in the pre-verbal stage—if not earlier—and are shaped not only by our direct experiences but also by intergenerational patterns and genetic predispositions. They affect how we respond to stress, regulate emotions, and relate to others.
When our nervous system is shaped by unconscious assumptions or chronic disconnection, its feedback becomes disrupted—often without our awareness until a crisis arises. This disconnection can make it difficult to feel safe physically, emotionally, or psychologically.
Somatic work supports the reintegration of the nervous system, helping you to rebuild coherence between mind, body, heart, and spirit. As this coherence develops, so does somatic awareness—the ability to notice, feel, and respond from within. This is the foundation of self-resonance, authentic relationships, and a regulated, resilient nervous system.
By nurturing your self-connection, you begin to experience a sense of internal safety that allows for balanced responses to both internal needs and external demands—rather than reactive, trauma-driven patterns. This work opens the door to greater emotional clarity, mental well-being, and expanded self-awareness.
What to Expect in a Session:
Trauma informed, somatic sessions are offered in bundles of 6, 9, or 12 sessions to honor the layered, cumulative nature of this work. Longer-term containers are also available for those seeking deeper transformation. Each session is a guided process where we attune to the layers of your present-moment experience as an entry point into the broader patterns of your life. Together, we gently build your nervous system’s capacity to receive, process, and integrate information—both from within (sensations, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, memories, hormones) and from the external environment. Over time, you’ll become more comfortable exploring a fuller range of intensity, without becoming overwhelmed or falling into collapsed or disassociation.
As sessions progress, you’ll be introduced to practices and tools tailored to your unique nervous system and life context—designed to foster increased resilience, presence, and choice.

Somatic Reset Session
This is a 60 minute, personalized, present-moment offering—a sacred pause designed to gently support your nervous system as it shifts from survival mode into safety, clarity, and ease.
Through somatic tools, intuitive movement, and attuned co-regulation, we assess your current state and explore one simple, powerful practice to anchor you back into embodied presence. This is not about fixing—it’s about feeling. About re-inhabiting the body as a place of listening, not alarm.
Whether you're navigating stress, transition, or simply seeking one soft breath of stillness, this session offers a doorway—a felt experience of grounded regulation and spaciousness within.
Perfect for moments when you don’t need more input—just a gentle return to your own rhythm.

Deep Presence--Six Month Mentorship
This is a spacious, personalized container for transformation through the body.
Over six months, we meet one-on-one to gently explore your nervous system’s patterns and responses—those often shaped by stress, trauma, or early adaptation. Using somatic tools, breath, movement, and attuned presence, we cultivate an inner landscape of safety, clarity, and grounded self-expression.
Together, we build your capacity to rest deeply, speak your truth, set embodied boundaries, and reconnect with the version of you that feels most real.
This work unfolds at the pace of your body’s readiness. It is not about pushing through—it’s about softening into coherence.

Systems Sensing Session
This session is a body-based constellation—a way to map the unseen terrain of a life situation, emotional block, or internal conflict.
With intuitive guidance and somatic tracking, we bring awareness to what’s been hidden, unspoken, or carried unconsciously. Together, we gently surface the deeper dynamics beneath your question—whether it’s a relationship pattern, physical symptom, ancestral imprint, or creative block.
You’ll walk away with:
A clearer, embodied understanding of what’s really going on
Insight into the internal or relational dynamics at play
A release of energy that’s been stuck, looping, or inherited
