What you’ll be learning about yourself over these 6 weeks.

Week 1

The Human Operating System

This week you will explore nervous system regulation, what it means and how it impacts your sense of well-being including:

  • Understanding self-regulation using sensory anchors to anchor in presence

  • Identifying energetic orientation thru the compassionate oberver

  • Sensing the world beyond the conceptual layer, the sensations, emotions, and impulses below,

Week 2

Regenerative Self-Care

This week you will discover different approaches and ranges of self-care, where you can begin to gage your current relationship to your nervous system health including:

  • The qualities of deep, inner coherence

  • Reflect on your well-being journey and identify your current level of self-care

  • Consider the 3 different stories going on inside of us, waiting to be heard; one from each of our autonomic states: dorsal, sympathetic, and ventral.

Week 3

The Language of Nervous System

This week you will discover how to identify and understand different nervous system states and how they show up in your body including:

  • Creating a deep level of understanding of our embodied response

  • Understand the Autonomic Ladder and where we spend our time

  • Growing capacity to be with our inner experience with more resource and informed awareness

Week 4

Window of Tolerance

This week you’ll explore those places in your life that may be on autopilot to discover more presence that can hold your authentic experience

  • Consider your personal Window of Tolerance

  • Identify the pathways of embodied knowing to better navigate your imprints and constricted life force

  • Develop a greater sense of emodied relational awareness and places you shut down, turn off, or go into avoidance

Week 5

Embodied Maps

This week you’ll discover foundational sensory processes, systems, and layers of experience that shape your perception and orientation to the world, self-identity, and individual experiences

  • Go deeper into the channels of present moment awareness

  • Distinguish the difference between inter and intra via a model of transparent relating

  • Understand nervous system containment and what we’ve become separated from ourselves

Week 6

Road blocks on the journey

This week you will reflect and consider what common internal roadblocks can get in your was on the journey to self-regulation

  • Defining and creating healthy boundaries

  • Types of wounding, including athority trauma

  • Awareness and practices for healing own boundaries

We meet together each week online, to create a sacred space to hold eachother through this journey of restoring our nervous system--which is the foundation of bringing healing to our families, community and world.
