Really, What's Getting in the Way?

Sometimes the concept of self-awareness can seem abstract and difficult to pin down. This week I share some ideas about how bringing a greater sense of awareness can help you close the gap between what you know and what you do, so you can take more empowered actions, when you get an idea of what's been stopping you. Part of this means releasing old ways being, that you believed to be you, when in actuality, many parts of your personality are remnants of the past, survival responses, created to protect you from an uncertain world. But now, they have become anything but safe, because they are keeping you stuck, and unable to move forward to where you really want to be! In the wide open field of possibility, fun, excitement, and joy called your life!
