Many can benefit from energetic healing modalities such as reiki and auric clearing. If you are feeling ungrounded, or have physical or emotional pain, you will benefit from having energy work. Almost every traditional method of medicine across the world refers to life energy, from Chi, Ki, or Prana. From a yogic perpective, the body consists of 72,000 Nadis, or channels. Nadis are pathways or channels of prana in the system. Before our phsyical bodies become congested or dis-eased, our energy body first becomes congested. When our enegy gets stuck or constipated, buidlng up around an energetic trauma, wether spriitually, physically or emotionalyl, we can use some help to get things moving.

Sometimes one energy healing session is enough, and we're fine. Other times, when we've had a condition festering for some time, it is best to have several session over an extended period of time, as we make space for our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies to release energy that has been "protecting" us or keeping us from feeling a loss or grief. We often come up against resistance, unable to move forward in our lives, when we are afraid to let go. But as one of my energy mentors always told me, fear is the bodies attempt to moderate the rate of change in our lives. The best thing for overcoming fear, is letting our body know it is safe to let go with a series of energy healings.
