New Online Mindfulness Course
Hi There--I am excited to announce that I'm offering a new, six-week, on-line Mindfulness 101 course starting Sunday, May 1st. This course will allow you some time to reflect on your habits of mind. New Mindfulness 101 Course Starting!
I'm pleased to announce that I will begin facilitating an additional six-week Mindfulness 101 course in Martinez at Natural Healing Center. It will held on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30. The cost is $125.00. The topics covered will be mindful breathing, anchor words, body, distinguishing between thoughts and emotions, cultivating positive emotional states, relating/communicating, and eating.
